Over the hurdle

Hello faithful followers!

It has been a long week for me.  I had a bug fly into my nose and cause all sorts of havoc with my sinus.  It has taken me about a week to get over the sinus infection but at least I'm still breathing with the help of my Doterra oils.   I have a slight cough still but this isn't going to hold me back.  I will be back at the sports complex starting tomorrow around 5:15-5:30 AM.  Now I noticed a few more people coming in at that hour and I must say that I'm so very proud of them.  While they are probably not there looking for support, I extend my hand to them as well.

So again, LADIES and GENTLEMEN if you are in need of a walking/jogging/running or support partner, I'm here for you!  I would like for all of us to help each other in this great battle of gaining a healthier lifestyle.

It's just there

Hello blogiverse!

In trying to keep my promise to myself I am posting yet another entry.  Although mostly I don't really have a grasp on what a blog actually is, I'm determined to figure all this out and start having more constructive, meaningful, inspiring posts.  I want to be able to inform people of important, useful , interesting information.  So what are those important, useful, interesting bits of information? Not a clue.  Hopefully I will find that out soon.  So in the mean time I'm trying to figure out a schedule of when I should post my blogs.  Should it be weekly? Bi-weekly? Monthly? I don't know, but I will come up with something by next week.

Schedules.  I've been meaning to put up like a poster board full of questions so that way I can look at it in a larger sense.  It will help me figure out a schedule. But because I'm like the procrastinating queen I've yet to do even that, but I will get to it.

How to be more on point? Stay focus on one thing? How does one do that? I don't know as you can tell reading this.  I am all over the place.  Please help.  I would like to figure out how to post pictures in a nice, structured way.  I used to be at the top of this whole Internet, HTML coding and all that. What happened? I don't know but research status here I come.

P.s. I am still going to the sports complex if anyone wants to join me.  I'm pretty much the only one there talking up a storm.  You can't miss me.

Northern Region Sports Complex

It's been almost a year since I last posted.  Unbelievable!  Dedication to this blog is practically non-existent.

Enough with that.  I just wanted to reiterate that I am still going to the Dededo Sports Complex AKA Northern Region Sports Complex if anyone wants to join in with my walk/jog.  I know that it can be difficult to workout when you are by yourself so I offer again my company!  I am now there roughly by 5:15am and usually stay for about an hour.  I would love to have the additional company and would love to hear any input from anyone on how we could perhaps form a support group where we can share ideas, recipes, struggles, motivation techniques, or just to hang out and make new friends.

Again, I'm hoping to keep up with the blog and post up my progress.  Any tweaks at all is greatly appreciated!
